Ēkas hronoloģija

1. 1738–1742

   Vecākajā pilsētas kartē gruntsgabals ir apbūvēts un uz tā shematiski attēlota ēka.

   On the oldest city map, the plot is built over and the building is schematically depicted.

2. 1787

   Ēkas daļu ielu stūrī uzbūvē maiznieks Johans Nikolaus Klūde (Johann Nikolaus Kluge).

   A part of the building on the street corner was built by the baker Johann Nikolaus Kluge.

3. 1797

   Kluge minēts kā īpašnieks pirmajā precīzākajā pilsētas plānā. Gruntsgabals aizņēmis arī Jēkaba Dubelštena ielu 9 un 11.

   Kluge is mentioned as the owner in the first accurate city plan. The plot also occupied Jēkaba Dubelštena Street 9 and 11.

4. 1805–1815

   Kā īpašniece tiek minēta Kluges atraitne.

   Kluge's widow is mentioned as the owner.

5. 1825

   Īpašnieks bija viesnīcnieks C.H.Ersts (Chrn. Reinh. Eraest).

   The owner was the hotelier C.H.Ersts (Chrn. Reinh. Eraest).

6. 1843

   Kā īpašnieks minēts kurpnieks Karls Ferdinands Halls (Hall).

   The owner was the shoemaker Karl Ferdinand Hall.

7. 1892

   Pēc K. F. Halla nāves (1888. g.), gruntsgabalam kā īpašnieks tiek minēts F.Halls.

   After K.F. Hall's death (1888), the owner of the plot was F. Halls.

8. 1908

   Plānā pie ēkas pagalma fasādes attēlotas piebūves, viena no tām tualete.

   The plan depicts outbuildings on the facade of the building's courtyard, one of which is a toilet.

9. 1912

   Īpašums uz gruntsgabala Nr.383 pieder Halla mantiniekiem.

   The property on plot No. 383 belonged to Hall's heirs.

10. 1989

    Namiņā uzsāka dzīvot mākslinieks Miķelis Golts, organizējot arī izstādes pagrabā un veicot ēkas atjaunošanas darbus.

    The artist Miķelis Golts began to live in the house, also organizing exhibitions in the basement and carrying out renovation works.
